Returns
Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
If you think, you have received the Wrong Saree or Damage Saree, Kindly send email to (support@gladfashions.com) with (Parcel Opening video without any Cut or Edit)
Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Shipping cost in case of Saree Damage/Wrong product.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products. Refund amount will be decided based on the level of damage. Glad Fashions does not hold responsibility for any damage caused by the logistics providers. However, in some cases we will provide refunds for repair or replacement, if applicable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund or cancelled transaction amount yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
